The makers of the Happy Child rattle were not happy at all; the existing design of the product allowed for too many failures in the marketplace and too many returns from unhappy customers.  So Discovery Toys came to us looking for a solution to the problem.  We redesigned the rattle to have fewer parts and a better manufacturing scheme that reduced the complaints and returns from their customers.  Now the rattle stays together, the baby has a new toy to play with and our client is happy.
